TAAS IT Academy – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TAAS IT Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality, career-focused education. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing enrollment cancellations and refunds to ensure transparency and fairness.
Definitions:
- Admission Date: The date on which the student completes payment and receives official enrollment confirmation from TAAS IT Academy.
- Course Start Date: The first scheduled instructional session of the course.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Written Notice: A cancellation request submitted via email to info@taasacademy.com.
Student-Initiated Cancellations (Before Course Start Date)

Within 24 hours | 100% refund |
25–72 hours | 50% refund |
4–7 calendar days | 25% refund |
After 7 days | No refund |
Cancellations After Course Start Date:
- No refunds will be issued once the course has started.
- Access to course materials, learning platforms, recordings, or live sessions constitutes course commencement.
Academy-Initiated Cancellation or Rescheduling:
- TAAS IT Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If a course is rescheduled, students may transfer to the next available session at no additional cost.
- If a course is canceled and no alternative session is available, students will receive a 100% refund.
- TAAS IT Academy is not responsible for any external costs incurred by students (e.g., software, equipment, internet, or travel).
Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
- Any transaction fees, processing charges, or currency conversion differences are non-refundable.
Non-Transferability:
- Course enrollments are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual.
Policy Updates:
- TAAS IT Academy reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will not affect enrollments already in progress.
